1996年12月6日,厦门工程机械股份有限公司在厦门举行了“厦上未来与发展研讨会”,在研讨会上,来自机械部,工程机械行业协会,福建省机械工业厅,省政府发展研究中心,省机械科学研究院,厦门市市委、市政府、机械部第六设计院厦门分院、厦门大学等单位的领导、学者、专家围绕厦工发展若干重大问题进行了热烈的讨论,既对厦工四十五年取得的辉煌成就给予充分肯定,又立足于整个宏观大环境,对厦工面临的严峻挑战和发展机遇进行客观分析,并提出了操作性很强的建设性意见。与会专家一致认为,厦工在处于全国同行业领先地位的有利条件下,能居安思危,深入剖析自身的不足,以求科学地确立未来经营与发展战略,这表明厦工在市场经济中正趋于成熟。厦工领导层也表示,这次研讨会是公司利用现有智力、技术资源的初步尝试,今后还
On December 6th, 1996, Xiamen Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. held the “Shangshang Future and Development Seminar” in Xiamen. At the seminar, it came from the Ministry of Machinery, Construction Machinery Industry Association, Fujian Machinery Industry Department, and provincial government development. The leaders of the Research Center, the Provincial Institute of Machinery Science, the Xiamen City Party Committee, the Municipal Government, the Xiamen Design Institute of the Sixth Design Institute of the Ministry of Machinery, the Xiamen University, and other leaders, scholars, and experts had a lively discussion on a number of major issues concerning the development of Xiamen Engineering. In recognition of the splendid achievements it has achieved in the past forty-five years, XGMA has established itself in the macroeconomic environment, objectively analyzed the severe challenges and development opportunities faced by XGMA, and proposed constructive suggestions with strong operability. Experts at the meeting unanimously agreed that under the favorable conditions of being in the same leading position in the country, XGMA can be prepared for danger in times of peace, analyze its own insufficiency, and seek to scientifically establish its future management and development strategy.
