目的探讨支气管哮喘患儿血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平的变化和峰流速(PEF)值测定的临床意义。方法测定26例支气管哮喘患儿发作期和缓解期的血清IL-8、IL-10含量和PEF值,并与对照组比较。结果哮喘急性发作期患儿血清IL-10水平及PEF值均明显低于缓解期和对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01),缓解期患儿血清IL-10水平及PEF值亦低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);哮喘急性发作期患儿血清IL-8含量明显高于缓解期及对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01),缓解期患儿血清IL-8含量亦高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论细胞因子失衡是儿童哮喘发病的重要原因,血清IL-8、IL-10水平和PEF值的研究对支气管哮喘的诊断和治疗具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum levels of interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-10 (IL-10) and peak flow velocity (PEF) in children with bronchial asthma. Methods Serum levels of IL-8 and IL-10 and PEF were measured in 26 asthmatic children during the onset and remission period, and compared with the control group. Results Serum levels of IL-10 and PEF in children with acute asthma were significantly lower than those in remission and control groups (P <0.01). The levels of serum IL-10 and PEF were also lower in children with remission (P <0.01). Serum levels of IL-8 in children with acute asthma were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The levels of IL- 8 content is also higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The imbalance of cytokines is an important cause of childhood asthma. The study of serum IL-8, IL-10 and PEF has important value in the diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma.
