通过建立桥式起重机的两自由度动力学模型,并且为简化计算将其转化为等效的单自由度模型进行了振动引起的动张力的计算分析。根据单自由度振动理论推导出了动张力的计算公式,从动张力和刚性系数计算公式推导出钢丝绳下放高度和滑轮组倍率与动张力的关系,为设计和控制方面提供了一定的理论基础。
By building a two-degree-of-freedom dynamics model for a bridge crane and calculating the dynamic tension caused by vibration by simplifying the calculation and transforming it into an equivalent one-degree-of-freedom model. The calculation formula of dynamic tension is deduced according to the vibration theory of single degrees of freedom. The relationship between the dropping height of wire rope and the ratio of tension and the dynamic tension is deduced according to the formula of dynamic tension and rigidity coefficient, which provides some theoretical basis for the design and control.
