采用培养法和ELISA法同时检测在开放条件下饲养的普通级SD和Wistar大鼠(各20只)肺霉形体感染情况。结果,用培养法检测大鼠肺霉形体的检出率为75％(30/40),用ELISA检测的检出率为87.5％(35/40)。作者认为ELISA法比较快速、敏感、简便。
Culture method and ELISA method were used to detect the infection status of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in common grade SD and Wistar rats (20 in each) under open conditions. As a result, the detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae by culture method was 75% (30/40), and the detection rate by ELISA was 87.5% (35/40). The authors believe that ELISA method is relatively fast, sensitive and easy.
