目的探讨新型护理模式在消化性溃疡治疗中的应用效果。方法选取本社区卫生服务中心消化内科2014年1月至2015年7月期间收治的80例消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,所选取的80例患者均经胃镜检查、活检确诊。将这80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,其中对照组给予常规护理治疗方式,观察组在常规护理治疗的基础上,还给予具有预防和根除幽门螺杆菌的新型护理治疗模式,比较两组患者的治疗护理效果及患者满意度。结果观察组治愈率95%,对照组为75%,观察组治愈率明显高于对照组,且观察组对新型护理模式满意度很高。结论新型护理模式对消化性溃疡具有良好的效果,可应用于临床工作中,为广大消化性溃疡患者谋福利。
Objective To explore the application of new nursing model in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods Eighty patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our department from January 2014 to July 2015 were selected from the Department of Gastroenterology of the Community Health Service Center. All 80 patients were diagnosed by gastroscopy and biopsy. The 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing treatment. On the basis of routine nursing care, the observation group was given a new type of nursing treatment with prevention and eradication of Helicobacter pylori Model to compare the two groups of patients with treatment and patient care satisfaction and satisfaction. Results The cure rate was 95% in the observation group and 75% in the control group. The cure rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the observation group was highly satisfied with the new nursing model. Conclusions The new nursing model has a good effect on peptic ulcer and can be applied in clinical work for the benefit of patients with peptic ulcer.
