各地、市、县(区)党委和人民政府(行政公署),柳州铁路局,自治区党委和自治区级国家机关各部委办厅局,各人民团体,各大专院校:《中国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从政若干准则(试行)》(中发[1997]9号)和《中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅关于党政机关领导干部不兼任社会团体领导职务的通知》(中办发[1998]17号)以及自治区的有关规定下发以后,各地各部门已有一批党政机关领导干部按规定辞去了在经济实体和社会团体兼任的领导职务。实践证明,党政机关领导于部不兼任经济实体和社会团体领导职务的做法既有利于领导干部集中精力做好所担负的领导工作,也有利于政企、政社分开,更有利于领导干部本身的廉政建设。
