对合成塔“单过温度”现象进行了分析，对设备检查后的冷胆下沉现象进行了处理，既然免去了填料更换的麻烦，又为厂里节省了成本。
The phenomenon of “single over temperature” of the synthesis tower was analyzed, and the cold sinking phenomenon after the equipment inspection was processed. Since the replacement of the filling material was dispensed with, the cost for the plant was saved.
