暖风开始光顾不列颠的四月,我来到了久仰的苏格兰高地。苏格兰分为高地和低地。我们来自于图片和电影中的苏格兰的印象,映照的主要是高地景观。这是一片广袤的丘陵。丘陵之中,有数不清的河流以及由河流在山谷间形成的湖泊。丘陵之上,迎风摇曳着常绿的树林和草地。树林之间或草地之上,点缀着绵羊、奶牛、小镇、城堡和传说。低低的湛蓝的天空,静静地浮着大块大块的白云。偶尔一阵细雨过后,几缕青雾就粘在翠绿的山间。若非畜群和建筑的不同,我简直会误以为这是江南的水乡。我们的旅游车绕苏格兰高地行驶了三天,每天行驶12个小时,中间夹带着参观旅游点。而这景象,在三天的行程中,竟连绵着,不间断。让我惊讶,在这个岛国上,这个世界最早工业化的地方,还为我们保留着这样一个经典苏格兰。这样一个苏格兰,却是出战士的地方。苏格兰人属于基尔特文化,他们的始祖,据说与北欧斯堪的纳维亚国家的民族同源。他们的文化中,有一种热爱自由的传统。为了自由,他们宁愿战死。在中古时期,如果男人不足,他们的女人也会参加战斗。
Warm air began to patronize Britain in April, I came to long proud of the Scottish Highlands. Scotland is divided into highlands and lowlands. We come from the impressions of Scotland in pictures and movies, mainly reflecting the highland landscape. This is a vast expanse of hills. Between the woods or grass, dotted with sheep, cows, towns, castles and legends. Low blue sky, quietly floating large chunks of white clouds. Occasionally after a few drizzle, a few clouds of green mist stick in the green mountain. If not the difference between herds and buildings, I would mistakenly think that this is a water town in the south. Our coach ran three days around the Scottish Highlands, traveling 12 hours a day, with tourist spots in between. And this scene, in the three-day trip, actually kept rolling, uninterrupted. To my surprise, in this island nation, the earliest industrialized place in the world still retains such a classic Scotland for us. Such a Scotland, but it is soldier place. Scots belong to the Kirt culture, their first ancestors, said to be of the same origin as the Scandinavian nation of northern Scandinavia. In their culture, there is a love of freedom tradition. For freedom, they would rather die. In medieval times, if the men were not enough, their women would also participate in the battle.
