制备以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为载体的阿霉素纳米粒,研究纳米粒在生理盐水中的释放行为,并采用不同数学模型模拟。结果表明,制备的阿霉素纳米粒粒径小,球形度好;体外释放结果表明阿霉素纳米粒具有缓释特性,且双相动力学方程能模拟阿霉素纳米粒在生理盐水中的释放行为。
Prepare doxorubicin nanoparticles with polyvinylpyrrolidone as carrier, study the release behavior of nanoparticles in saline and simulate with different mathematical models. The results showed that the prepared doxorubicin nanoparticles have small particle size and good sphericity. The in vitro release results show that the doxorubicin nanoparticles have sustained release characteristics, and the biphasic kinetic equation can simulate the doxorubicin nanoparticles in physiological saline Release behavior.
