在密枝红叶李(Prunus Cerasifera)抗寒性试验中分析得出,电导率随着不同梯度低温处理变化而变化,处理温度越低的枝条测得的电导率越高,-25℃以前,电导率缓慢上升,与对照相比得出的结果为差异不显著,在-25~-30℃之间,电导率呈现出急剧上升趋势,-30℃以后电导率上升态势又趋于平稳,电导率变化成“S”型曲线,根据logistic方程拟合出密枝红叶李的半致死温度为-37.76℃,密枝红叶李在昌吉州地区的安全越冬不存在问题。
