本文介绍了多种由超氧阴离子自由基所引起的疾病及其发病机理。并讨论了自由基在人类机体衰老过程中所起的作用。最后深讨了超氧阴离子自由基清除酶超氧化物歧化酶在治疗此类疾病中的可能性以及在抗衰老中利用此酶的可能。
This article describes a variety of diseases caused by superoxide anion radicals and their pathogenesis. And discussed the role of free radicals in human aging process. Finally, the possibility of superoxide anion free radical scavenger superoxide dismutase in treating such diseases and the possibility of using this enzyme in anti-aging are discussed.
