背景:运动成绩的提高需要超越极限运动来获取,如何在取得优异成绩的前提下保护运动员身体健康。目的:采用中国传统中医方法,减少运动员在极限运动后肾脏功能受到损害。设计:以体育教育专业学生为对象。随机对照观察。单位:曲阜市中医院中医内科和曲阜师范大学体育科学学院。对象:于2004-04-20从曲阜师范大学2000级体育教育专业学生16个自然小班中随机抽取2个自然小班,每班各抽取20名。方法:把40名学生按自然小班1,2班分为实验班和对照班。2004-04-24极限训练一次后15~20min及晨起即刻取尿液少许测试。2004-05-24以同样的负荷强度、同样的方法测试和处理。期间实验组每天3次服补肾健脾中药胶囊(其主要成分包括怀山药、何首乌、仙灵脾、枸杞子、绞股兰、刺五加、丹参、柴胡等,0.3g/粒),每次6粒。采用放射免疫法测定尿糖蛋白、β2微球蛋白、尿白蛋白、免疫球蛋白。主要观察指标:两组学生极限运动后和次日晨起尿蛋白含量服药前后的比较。结果:两组学生均完成整个实验过程,所有数据无一脱落。①第1次实验即服药前,受试者极限运动后各种尿蛋白的含量均明显增加,次日晨起各类蛋白自然恢复情况有明显的差异:其中尿白蛋白的恢复最快,基本恢复到正常值;尿β2微球蛋白和免疫球蛋白的恢复比较明显;尿糖蛋白无明显的恢复现象。②第2次实验后,实验组和对照组比较发现,补肾健脾中药对极限运动后尿蛋白恢复有明显的影响:尿白蛋白因自然恢复太快无法显示出12h药的作用;促进β2微球蛋白和免疫球蛋白的恢复;对尿糖蛋白的恢复作用明显,实验组和对照组相比差异有显著性(实验组基本恢复到正常值,对照组基本无变化)。结论:极限负荷强度运动后尿蛋白明显增加,并且4种蛋白的自然恢复情况呈规律性变化,补肾健脾中药可促进极限运动后尿蛋白恢复至正常值,提示其对肾功能的保护作用。
Background: The improvement of athletic performance needs to be overcome by extreme sports and how to protect athletes’ health under the premise of achieving excellent results. Objective: To reduce the damage to the kidneys of athletes after extreme exercise by using Chinese traditional Chinese medicine method. Design: Physical education major for students. Randomized controlled observation. Unit: Qufu City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Qufu Normal University Sports Science Institute. PARTICIPANTS: Two natural small classes were randomly selected from 16 natural class sizes of 2000 PE major students in Qufu Normal University from 2004 to April 20, with 20 students in each class. Methods: 40 students were divided into experimental classes and control classes according to the natural classes 1 and 2. 2004-04-24 Limit training once after 15 ~ 20min and early morning take a little urine test. 2004-05-24 With the same load strength, the same method of testing and processing. During the experimental group, the patients received Bushen Jianpi Capsule 3 times per day (the main components include Chinese yam, Polygonum multiflorum, Epimedium, Lycium, Gynostemma, Radix Scutellariae, Radix Bupleuri, 0.3g / Times 6 tablets. Urinary glycoprotein, β2 microglobulin, urinary albumin and immunoglobulin were determined by radioimmunoassay. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Comparison of urine protein content before and after taking exercise between two groups of students after extreme exercise and the next morning. Results: The two groups of students completed the entire experimental process, all without any loss of data. ① The first experiment that before taking the medication, the subjects after exercise extreme urinary protein content were significantly increased, the next morning the natural recovery of various types of proteins were significantly different: one of the fastest recovery of urinary albumin, the basic Recovery to normal; urinary β2 microglobulin and immunoglobulin recovery more obvious; urinary glycoprotein no obvious recovery. ② After the second experiment, the experimental group and the control group found that Bushenjianpi Chinese medicine has significant effect on urinary protein recovery after extreme exercise: urinary albumin can not show the effect of 12h medicine due to natural recovery too fast; promote β2 micro Globulin and immunoglobulin recovery; obvious effect on the recovery of urinary glycoprotein, there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (the experimental group returned to normal, the control group basically no change). CONCLUSION: Urine protein increased significantly after exercise at ultimate load, and the natural recovery of four proteins changed regularly. Bushenjianpi Chinese medicine can promote the return of urinary protein to normal after extreme exercise, suggesting its protective effect on renal function.
