采用Realizable k-ε模型和VOF多相流方法,对溢洪道引水渠、溢流堰和泄槽段进行三维数值模拟.分析了中墩尾部水翅的成因与影响因素.对平尾墩、半圆形尾墩、椭圆形尾墩和斜尾墩4种中墩尾部体型设计方案的数值计算结果进行对比分析,确定斜尾墩设计方案为最优方案.对平尾墩、斜尾墩体型设计方案,采用物理模型试验进行验证.结果表明,数值模拟结果和物理模型试验结果相符,增设斜尾墩的优化方案能够较好地解决溢洪道中墩水翅问题.
The realizable k-ε model and VOF multi-phase flow method are used to simulate the spillway canals, overflow weir and spillway section, and the causes and influencing factors of water fin at the tail of the middle pier are analyzed. Tail pier, oval tail pier and oblique tail pier four kinds of tail body design of the numerical calculation results were compared to determine the design of the inclined tail pier for the optimal program for the flat-tail pier, the inclined pier pier design, the use of Physical model test.The results show that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the physical model test results, and the optimal scheme of adding inclined tail piers can well solve the water fins and wings problems in the middle pier of spillway.
