加强独立学院的党建工作,健全机制十分必要。从党建工作的现实困境中发现伦理关怀的缺失,并由此分析了伦理关怀在独立学院的党建工作中的理论依据和现实意义,进而提出在独立学院党建工作中实行伦理关怀的有效途径。
To strengthen the party building in independent colleges and improve the mechanism is very necessary. From the real predicament of the party construction work, we find the absence of ethical concern and analyze the theoretical basis and practical significance of ethical concern in the party construction in independent colleges, and then put forward an effective way to implement the ethical concern in the party construction in independent colleges.
