每年我国都有大量的钢铁产出,产量名列世界前茅,但论及质量则与世界水平相差甚远。简而言之,作为钢铁大国的我国,却并不是钢铁强国。导致这一状况的原因有许多,诸如市场制度问题,国际竞争问题等,但笔者认为,最根本的问题仍出在我国钢铁企业自身。当今社会,钢铁企业竞争不断强化,有句话说的好,二十一世纪的竞争归根结底就是人才的竞争,的确,人才在当今的钢铁企业中已经显得越来越重要,一个钢铁企业的人力资源管理水平也在很大程度上决定着该企业在市场中所处的地位。因此,做好人力资源管理工作对于一个企业的发展异常重要,然而,当人类已经慢慢步入了数字化社会,信息技术已经能够在该方面给与我们以巨大的帮助。接下来,我将结合我国钢铁行业发展的现状谈一下怎样才能利用信息管理系统提升企业人力资源管理水平。

Indeed, talent has become more and more important in today’s steel enterprises. The management of a steel enterprise’s human resources The level is also to a large extent determine the company’s position in the market. Therefore, doing a good job in human resources management is extremely important for the development of an enterprise. However, as humans have gradually stepped into the digital society, information technology has been able to give us enormous help in this regard. Next, I will combine with the current situation of the development of China’s steel industry talk about how to use information management systems to enhance the level of human resources management.
