近日,广西推出了一种绿色产品——“放心菜”清洗剂,该产品专用于清洗瓜菜中的农药残留。该产品由广西壮族自治区卫生防疫站与美国普渡大学联合研制成功。这种清洗剂的主要成分是活性很高的生物酶。它通过破坏果菜中残留的有害物的分子结构从而达到清洗目的。 “放心菜”清洗剂的原料是可食用的木瓜酶、菠萝等,实验证明,只要将果菜在一定浓度的清洗剂溶液中浸泡10分钟左右,再用清水冲净,就可使农药的去除率达到90%以上。
