MTO技术发展及工程开发1981年,在林励吾院士的带领下,中国科学院大连物理化学研究所开始了甲醇制取低碳烯烃科技攻关项目。1981-1985年进行甲醇制低碳稀烃小试研究中,大化所在国内首先合成了ZSM-5型沸石分子筛,这项成果1985年获得中国科学院自然科学奖二等奖,1986年获得中国科学院科技进步奖的三等奖。1987年,原国家计委科技司和中国科学院将“甲醇制低碳烯烃过程”项目列为国家“七五”重点攻关项目和中科院“重中之重”项目,并在大连化物所建立了甲醇制取低碳烯烃中试基地,对该过程进行中试规模的攻关研究。1989年底,建设完成了日处理量1吨甲醇
MTO Technology Development and Engineering Development In 1981, under the leadership of Lin Lvwu Academy of Sciences, Dalian Institute of Physical Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences began a scientific project of methanol production of light olefins. In 1981-1985, a small scale pilot study on methanol-made low-carbon rare earth was carried out. ZSM-5 type zeolite was first synthesized in China. The result was awarded the second prize of Natural Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1985 and the second prize of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1986. Third prize of progress of science and technology. In 1987, the former State Planning Commission Science and Technology Division and the Chinese Academy of Sciences classified the project of “process of producing light olefins from methanol” as one of the “75 key research projects” and the “most important” project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dalian Institute of Chemical established methanol pilot plant to make light olefins, the process of pilot scale research. By the end of 1989, the construction completed a daily capacity of 1 ton of methanol
