冬、春季为高致病性禽流感高发季节,一旦发现不明原因的禽类死亡,应立即报告畜牧兽医部门进行相应的处置,如果畜牧兽医部门认定是疑似或确认禽流感,要严格执行封锁、隔离、消毒的措施还应配合卫生部门做好相应的医学观察。禽类养殖人员此时要加强自我防护意识,减少与消除很多环节存在发生和传播人禽流感的隐患。
