Corneal migration with postoperative graft endothelial cells can survive for a long time, the clinical graft in the early postoperative thickening, and gradually returned to normal within 10-20 weeks. This phenomenon is considered endothelial damage during surgery and gradually recovered afterwards. This article investigates the ultrastructural recovery of the mid-sized graft in the early postoperative period. The cornea preserved by cryopreservation and fresh corneal material was used for corneal transplantation in rabbits.
