“大学生掏鸟案”经媒体报道后,舆论哗然。此案在某种程度上折射出我国法治进程中长期存在的某些问题。本文阐述了我国刑事立法的发展现状,刑事司法的发展现状,着重分析了我国刑事立法与刑事司法二者之间的衔接问题。
“Students cast bird case ” After the media coverage, public opinion uproar. The case reflects to some extent the long-standing problems in the process of rule of law in our country. This article expounds the current situation of the development of criminal legislation in our country and the status quo of the development of criminal justice, focusing on the connection between the criminal legislation and criminal justice in our country.
