共识:对当前高考现状不满梳理各方意见,有一点可以基本达成共识,那就是社会普遍对现行的高考制度表示不满。2005年12月8日新华网一篇《旅美专家:一考定终身,高考制约中国人才战略》文章尖锐地指出:“中共中央提出‘人才强国’战略, 很有远见。而高考制约了中国的人才战略”。该文认为,高等院校评价人才、选拔人才的标准是个强力风向标,它指挥全国中小学和所有家庭去设计孩子的目标。用老百姓
