数字化增压撬(一体式)将原油混合物的加热、分离、缓冲、增压、控制等多功能高度集成,通过阀门切换可实现流程自动切换,自动输油等功能,达到了智能化和一键式操作。但由于撬实现了多种工艺系统的无缝衔接及外部使用条件恶劣,数字化增压撬在现场应用过程中逐渐暴露出一些问题,我区通过四年多的现场运行,发现在使用和维修方面存在一些不足:1、结垢清理困难;2、烟灰无法清出;3、点火电磁阀故障;4、缓冲区加热不足。本文就目前现场存在问题提出几项改进措施。
