我国社会经济在发展的同时,带来了城市化进程的不断深入。然而,城市的用地以及可居住空间是十分有限的,这就与日益增多的住房需求产生了一个矛盾,并且有着一个加大的趋势。为此,相应的措施被提出,即高层建筑不断出现,其楼层高度不断增加,甚至地下室的深度也在不断地加深。因此,应着这样的需求,钢骨混凝土由于其承载力高等优势而被广泛运用。基于此,将紧紧围绕高层民用建筑钢骨混泥土施工技术这一主题,对钢骨混凝土施工的难点以及具体原理进行分析,并对其关键技术和要点进行介绍。以期为相关的分析提供一定的指导意义。
