长兴县行政服务中心工程采用了竖向构件较少落地的大型复杂箱形转换结构。基于确定的抗震性能化设计目标,分别采用振型分解反应谱法、弹性时程分析和pushover分析方法对该工程进行抗震性能研究。根据计算分析结果对转换层结构采用型钢混凝土梁及上下两层混凝土楼板组成的型钢混凝土箱形转换结构,使其在满足建筑造型的同时能达到“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒”的抗震设防要求,保证结构足够的安全性,实现了抗震性能化设计目标。
