研究了原始组织结构对压缩变形制备超细晶钛合金的影响。结果表明,具有淬火马氏体组织的TC11合金在650℃,65×10-4/s-1条件下压缩变形应变量达12后,就会获得等轴均匀的亚微米晶组织,平均晶粒尺寸约为021μm;单一的马氏体组织比两相交替分布的片层组织更有利于超细晶的形成,但原始组织结构的差异对最终形成的超细晶组织的晶粒尺寸几乎没有影响。
The effect of original structure on the preparation of ultrafine-grained titanium alloy by compression-deformation was studied. The results show that when the compressive deformation strain of TC11 alloy with quenched martensite at 650 ℃ and 65 × 10-4 / s-1 reaches 12, an equiaxed submicron grain structure is obtained. The average grain size The size is about 021μm; the single martensite is more conducive to the formation of ultrafine grains than the two-phase alternate lamella, but the difference of the original structure has almost no effect on the grain size of the finally formed ultrafine-grained structure .
