目的 研究乌拉地尔对吗啡依赖新生雄性大鼠肾上腺皮质酶组织化学影响,为临床戒毒治疗提供形态学依据。方法 用皮下注射吗啡建立吗啡依赖模型,侧脑室注射乌拉地尔进行戒断。结果 吗啡依赖大鼠肾上腺皮质束状带和网状带琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和3β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶(3β-HSD)的活性减弱( P< 0.01),侧脑室注射乌拉地尔成瘾大鼠SDH 和3β-HSD的活性增强( P< 0.01)。结论 乌拉地尔可通过改变大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴,减轻对吗啡依赖和耐受的产生。
Objective To study the effects of urapidil on the histochemistry of adrenocortical enzymes in morphine-dependent neonatal male rats and to provide morphological evidence for clinical drug treatment. Methods Morphine-dependent model was established by injecting morphine subcutaneously. The lateral ventricle was injected with urapidil for withdrawal. Results The activity of morphine-dependent adrenal cords and reticulocytes with succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (3β-HSD) decreased (P <0.01) The activities of SDH and 3β-HSD in addicted rats were increased (P <0.01). Conclusion Urapidil can reduce the morphine dependence and tolerance by changing the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis in rats.
