目的 总结了一起ICU内呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌暴发感染的原因和治疗措施。方法 采集患者痰液及环境标本按常规方法作培养和病原学鉴定。结果 感染源为消毒不严的氧气接头管腔 ,根据药敏试验结果采取了相应的防治措施 ,本组 6例均治愈。结论 在对呼吸道此菌感染的预防和控制中应注重以下几个环节 :侵袭性操作、胸部手术创伤、长期吸烟或慢性支气管炎病史、医源性因素等
Objective To summarize the causes and treatment of outbreaks of respiratory Pseudomonas aeruginosa in ICU. Methods Sputum and environmental samples were collected and cultured according to routine methods and etiologically identified. Results The source of infection was the lacunar of oxygen connector which was not disinfected. Corresponding control measures were taken according to the results of drug susceptibility test. Six patients in this group were cured. Conclusion In the prevention and control of bacterial infection of respiratory tract, we should pay attention to the following aspects: aggressive operation, traumatic thoracic surgery, history of chronic smoking or chronic bronchitis, iatrogenic factors
