作者在350三机架冷连轧机上实测了三种规格的45卷钢近200段的轧制制度。通过分析表明:该机组之所以质量欠稳定,是因为压下分配不合理(主要是一号轧机超压下)造成的。作者用压下逼近法、速度逼近法及迭代法研究了该轧机允许的最大压下率、速度、张力和变形率。采用理论和经验相结合的方法制定合理的轧制制度,年经济效益在一百万元以上。本文所提供的轧制制度及方法,同样对其它窄带钢轧机的生产有重要意义。
The author has measured the rolling system of nearly 200 sections of 45 coils of three kinds of specifications on the 350 three-stand tandem cold rolling mill. The analysis shows that the reason why the quality of the unit is not stable is that it is caused by the unreasonable pressure distribution (mainly the overpressure of No.1 mill). The author studied the maximum allowable reduction rate, velocity, tension and deformation rate of the rolling mill by using the method of pressing approximation, speed approximation and iteration method. Adopting a combination of theory and experience to formulate a reasonable rolling system, the annual economic benefit is over one million yuan. The rolling system and method provided in this paper are also of great significance for the production of other narrow strip steel mills.
