国内外多年的生产实践证明,陆地棉(Gossypium hisutum L.)不同棉花品种抗枯萎病(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp vasinfectum(AtK.)Snyd.et Hansen)的能力差异很大。关于抗枯萎病棉花品种的抗病机制已有报道。沈其益等认为,在接菌条件下,对枯萎病不同抗性的棉花品种过氧化物酶同功酶的活性有明显差异。A.H.Kattab报道,不同棉种主要氨基酸的含量也不一样。我们对10个抗、感棉花枯萎病的陆地棉品种进行了氨基酸种类及含量的测定,探讨抗枯萎病棉花品种与氨基酸的关系。
Years of production practice at home and abroad has proved that the ability of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp vasinfectum (AtK.) Snyd.et Hansen differs significantly among Gossypium hisutum L. cotton varieties. The resistance mechanism of cotton varieties resistant to Fusarium wilt has been reported. Shen Qi, etc. that in the inoculation conditions, different resistance to Fusarium wilt cotton varieties peroxidase isozyme activity were significantly different. A.H. Kattab reported that the content of major amino acids in different varieties of cotton is not the same. We tested the amino acid composition and content of 10 cotton cultivars with resistance to cotton fusarium wilt and discussed the relationship between amino acid and cotton varieties resistant to Fusarium oxysporum.
