一是科技服务市场。在大力发展优质高产高效农业生产中,需要掌握和运用各种新的先进实用技术,尤其是名、优、特农产品的生产、管理技术。但目前,广大农村普遍缺少科技咨询点,农资销售网点也大多仅以单纯销售为主,并不能按需配方施肥,按病用药。农村急需开设科技服务市场,从而加快科技兴农步伐。
First, technology services market. In vigorously developing high-quality, high-yield and high-efficiency agricultural production, we need to master and apply various new advanced and practical technologies, especially the production and management techniques of famous, superior and special agricultural products. However, at present, the vast majority of rural areas generally lack of scientific and technological advice, agricultural sales outlets are mostly solely based on sales, and can not formulate fertilizer according to the disease medication. The urgent need to open a market for science and technology services in rural areas will speed up the pace of developing agriculture through science and technology.
