螺杆桩施工机具加压装置的加压力是影响成桩质量和施工效率的重要参数之一。螺杆钻具钻进过程中所受到的阻力是影响加压力的主要因素。本文通过理论分析,对螺杆钻具钻进过程中受到的阻力及加压机构能够提供的加压力进行理论计算并推导出计算公式,为螺杆桩施工机具加压装置的设计提供理论依据。
Screw pile construction machinery pressurization device pressure is one of the important parameters affecting pile quality and construction efficiency. The resistance encountered in the process of screw drilling is the main factor that affects the pressure. Through theoretical analysis, this paper theoretically calculates and deduces the calculation formula of the resistance that the screwdriver receives during the drilling process and the pressurizing force provided by the pressurizing mechanism, so as to provide the theoretical basis for the design of the pressurizing device of screw piling construction machinery.
