近期,上杭县政协成立以县政协主席为组长的课题组,围绕“加快资本市场建设”这一课题,开展了深入的调查研究,并召开多种不同层次的研讨座谈会,听取意见和建议,最终形成了《关于加强资本市场建设,促进上杭又好又快发展的调研报告》。“报告”分析了上杭资本市场的现状,剖析了当前资本市场建设中存在的问题和困难,并对今后加快资本市场建设提出如下建议:
