目的了解云南省农村户籍中学生忽视情况。方法通过多阶段分层整群抽样方法,采用自制问卷及中国农村12~17岁学生忽视常模对云南省昆明、保山和曲靖的836名农村学生进行了忽视情况的调查。结果云南三地农村中学生的总忽视率为45.1%,总忽视度为(49.98±9.56)%。进行多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示女性、母亲职业为医生或教师是忽视的保护因素;高中、没有单独的房间、与父母关系不好是忽视的危险因素。结论农村少年儿童忽视问题的解决要靠家庭和政府的共同努力。
Objective To understand the neglect of rural middle school students in Yunnan Province. Methods A total of 836 rural students from Kunming, Baoshan and Qujing, Yunnan Province, were surveyed by means of a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method and self-made questionnaires. Students from 12 to 17 years old in rural China neglected the norm. Results The total neglect rate of middle school students in rural areas in Yunnan was 45.1% with the total neglect (49.98 ± 9.56)%. Multivariate non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that women and mothers were neglected as doctors or teachers. High school, no separate room and poor relationship with parents were neglected risk factors. Conclusion The solution to the neglect of rural children depends on the concerted efforts of families and governments.
