1.引言影响玻璃体血块清除的因素很多玻璃体凝胶与液体血液存在相差,所以凝聚很快,而不易溶解;(2)玻璃体纤维蛋白溶解(以下简称纤溶)活性很低,其血块清除与“一般的清除机制”不同;(3)玻璃体血块不足以刺激炎症细胞反应,而致非纤溶性清除机制活性受到抑制。因此,玻璃体内未溶解的血块经老化退行性变,形成胶原—血块凝集的致密膜。目前人们对非纤溶性炎症细胞活性和纤溶酶介导的纤溶情况在玻璃体血块清除中的作用,尚未取得一致意见。本文力图通过实验,较全面地探讨纤溶和玻璃体血块溶解清除之间的关系。
1. This article attempts to experimentally and comprehensively explore the relationship between fibrinolytic and vitreous clot lysis and clearance.
