目的：观察化湿泄浊法配合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭伴高分解代谢的疗效。方法：在西药控制感染、纠正水电解质、酸碱平衡等的基础上，加用运脾化湿，通腑泄浊方药。结果：中西药组在总有效率、改善湿浊证症状方面、逆转肾功能方面优于单纯西药组，尤其对高分解代谢的主要指标Ｂｕｎ、Ｂｕｎ／Ｓｃｒ改善明显。结论：对慢性肾衰伴高分解代谢的患者，在西药常规治疗基础上加用化湿泄浊方药，可以纠正高分解状态下的肾功能恶化，而达到延缓肾衰进程的目的。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Huashi Xiezhuo method combined with Western medicine on chronic renal failure with high catabolism. Methods: Western medicine in the control of infection, correct water and electrolyte, acid-base balance, based on the addition of spleen dampness, Tongfu Xiezhuo prescriptions. Results: The Chinese and Western medicine groups were better than pure western medicine group in reversing renal function in terms of the total effective rate, improving symptoms of dampness and turbidity, especially for the indexes of Bun, Bun / Scr with high catabolism. Conclusion: In patients with chronic renal failure with high catabolism, the routine treatment of traditional Chinese medicine plus Huatan Xiezhuo prescription can correct the deterioration of renal function under high decomposition, which can delay the process of renal failure.
