针对宝钢2030mm冷连轧机高速运行中出现的振动问题，从现场测试和理论分析方面研究了自激振动的生成机理，影响因素及抑制措施。通过适当控制乳化液的浓度可消除颤振并提高轧制速度。
Aiming at the vibration problems occurred in high speed operation of Baosteel 2030mm tandem cold mill, the formation mechanism, influential factors and suppression measures of self-excited vibration were studied from the field test and theoretical analysis. By controlling the emulsion concentration properly, flutter is eliminated and the rolling speed is increased.
