一、内容摘要实物期权应用是建立在期权理论的基础上,是对传统评估方法的补充,即决策灵活性具有价值。实物期权的应用涉及到权利的认识,行业的实际操作,和方法论。如何在现实决策中确定期权的决策因子,并与行业的特征相结合,是实物期权操作的关键所在。
I. Summary The application of real options is based on the theory of options and is a supplement to the traditional evaluation methods, that is, the flexibility of decision-making has value. The application of real options involves the understanding of rights, the actual operation of the industry, and the methodology. How to determine the decision-making factor of an option in the real decision-making and combine it with the characteristics of the industry is the key to the operation of the real option.
