病例介绍病者男性,77岁,白种人。有急性白血病和牛皮癣病史,因右侧大腿迅速扩散性水疱,于1980年5月2日入 Barnes 医院,入院7小时后死亡。患者于1978年6月,开始出现贫血及体重下降20磅。骨髓活检符合早期粒单核细胞白血病。无接受肿瘤化疗,采用不经常地输红细胞及铁剂、维生素等支持疗法。1978年12月因共济失调而再入院检查。其时血红蛋白11.2g/dl,红细胞压积34%;白细胞数10,100/mm~3(中幼粒4,晚幼粒1,干状核25,分
Case presentation Male patient, 77 years old, Caucasian. Acute leukemia and psoriasis history, due to the rapid proliferation of blisters on the right thigh, on May 2, 1980 into Barnes Hospital, died 7 hours after admission. Patients started anemia and body weight loss of 20 pounds in June 1978. Bone marrow biopsy is in line with early myelomonocytic leukemia. No cancer chemotherapy, infusions of red blood cells and iron infusions, vitamins and other supportive therapy. December 1978 due to ataxia and re-admission examination.
