带状疱疹伴发恶性肿瘤累见报导,而复发性带状疱疹伴发恶性肿瘤较为少见,现报告1例。病例简介:刘××,女,66岁。85年春背部右侧,右腋下、前胸右侧出现聚集的丘疹,丘疱疹及水疱,基底红晕,排列成带状,伴患侧神经痛,诊断为带状疱疹。经口服强的松10 mg Tid,肌注Vit B_(12) 500 μg qd,Vit B_1 100mg qd,局部用氦氖激光照射,10天后水疱吸收,干涸愈合,疼痛消失而痊愈。86年夏右大腿伸侧疼痛,继而出现成群的丘疹,丘疱疹,再次来我科就诊。经会诊诊断

The oral prednisone 10 mg Tid, intramuscular injection of Vit B_ (12) 500 μg qd, Vit B_1 100mg qd, topical He-Ne laser irradiation, 10 days after blister absorption, dry healing, pain disappeared and heal. In the summer of 86, the right thigh extensor pain, followed by flocks of pimples, mound herpes, once again to our department. The consultation diagnosis
