山东省阳信县城关公社郭家大队地处鲁北平原,该队有果树196亩。其中有20—50年生不等的梨树80亩,过去年产梨量只有10多万斤。无产阶级文化大革命以后,他们深入开展“农业学大寨”的群众运动,认真贯彻“以(?)为纲,全面发展”的方针,运用农业“八字宪法”,夺得了梨果连年丰收,每亩梨产量已达万斤以上。现将这个大队的经验总结如下:
