提高教师素质,加快素质教育实施进程

当今世界正处于世纪之交的历史时期,综合国力的竞争越来越表现为经济实力、国防实力和民族凝聚力的竞争。知识和人才、民族素质和创造能力来越成为综合国力的重要标志,成为推动或制约经济增长和社会发展进步的关键因素。这就需要培养出更多的高素质人才。人才的培养需要教育,振兴教育需要教师。只有高素质的教师才能培养出高素质的人才。本文就当前教师中存在的一些问题作一定的分析,并为提高教师素质途径作几点探讨,以求抛砖引玉之意。

The world today is in a historical period when the turn of the century is over. The competition in comprehensive national strength has increasingly manifested itself in the competition of economic strength, national defense strength and national cohesion. Knowledge and talent, national qualities and creativity have become an important symbol of comprehensive national strength and have become the key factor in promoting or restricting the progress of economic growth and social development. This needs to cultivate more high-quality personnel. Talent training needs education, rejuvenation of education requires teachers. Only high-quality teachers can cultivate high-quality talent. This article analyzes some problems existing in the current teachers and makes some discussions on how to improve the quality of teachers in order to promote the meaning of teachers.
