膏体充填技术以及膏体充填泵送系统在当前的煤矿工作面生产实践当中得到了初步的应用与发展,在这一背景下形成了良好的社会以及经济效益。但,由于膏体充填技术的发展时间还不够长,累积经验还不够丰富,故而在膏体充填泵送系统运行过程当中仍然存在着一定的问题与不足。其中,以堵管问题最为严重。若无法及时对堵管问题进行处理,无法真正意义上的对堵管问题进行预防,就可能导致工作面的生产作业受到严重不良的影响。本文即立足于这一背景,重点研究煤矿工作面膏体充填泵送系统出现堵管事故下的处理以及预防方法,总结了相关的措施与经验,望能够引起各方人员的特别关注与重视。
Paste filling technology and paste filling pump system in the current practice of coal mining face which has been the initial application and development, in this context has formed a good social and economic benefits. However, the development of paste filling technology is not long enough and the accumulated experience is not rich enough. Therefore, there still exist some problems and deficiencies in the operation of paste filling and pumping system. Among them, the problem of blocking the most serious. Failure to deal with the plugging problems in a timely manner and failing to prevent plugging problems in the true sense of the word may result in serious adverse effects on the production operations at the working face. Based on this background, this dissertation focuses on the handling and prevention methods of blockage accident in the pump system of paste filling in coalface, and sums up the relevant measures and experiences, which can attract special attention and attention from all parties.
