射芯机是目前铸造生产中应用较为广泛的高效率制芯设备之一。国外已普遍用于汽车制造等大量生产的铸工车间中,我国在汽车、拖拉机及柴油机等大批量生产的工厂中也已日益广泛地推广采用。射芯工艺是在吹芯工艺的基础上发展起来的。关于吹、射芯紧实理论,国外进行过较多的研究,在这些研究工作中,以试验为基础,提供了一些供设计选用的射芯机结构参数选择
