教育既要有教无类,又要因材施教。对普遍存在自卑心态度高职学生,如何有针对性地开展高职德育工作是需要认真探讨的课题。本文试从高职学生的自身特点出发,分析赏识教育理念在高职学生的德育工作中的探索和实践。
Education should have both teaching and non-teaching, but also teach students according to their aptitude. For those vocational students with a common attitude toward inferiority and self-esteem, how to carry out the moral education in higher vocational education in a targeted manner is a topic that needs to be seriously explored. Based on the characteristics of higher vocational students, this paper analyzes the exploration and practice of the concept of appreciation education in the moral education of higher vocational students.
