本文在球面分层大气的假定下,综合考虑直接射线与大气层结多径射线的干涉,射线到达角与天线交叉极化方向性图的耦合,以及幅度较弱的高阶射线和湍流散射的影响等去极化机理,从理论上导出了与频率、电路长度、天线交叉极化方向性图和气象参数相联系的交叉极化分辨率XPD和同极化衰减CPA的概率分布函数的解析表达式以及XPD和CPA等概率值之间的线性关系。所得的结果能够解释由许多实验确认的基本规律,也与经验公式和不同电路的实测数据比较吻合。
