目的:观察参柏烫伤膏对家兔深Ⅱ度烫伤的治疗作用及创面TGF-β1表达的影响。方法:制备家兔深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,在该模型上,用参柏烫伤膏给药24 d,测定相关指标,并用免疫组织化学方法分析在烫伤后第1、3、6、12、18、24天创面组织TGF-β1表达水平的变化,并设模型对照组及烧伤灵酊阳性对照组。结果:参柏烫伤膏低剂量组烫伤面积愈合百分率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);病理切片显示参柏烫伤膏低剂量组对皮肤损伤的修复作用明显好于模型对照组;参柏烫伤膏能有效促进创面早期TGF-β1的表达,从而促进创面愈合。结论:参柏烫伤膏对深Ⅱ度烫伤有显著的治疗作用,其作用机理可能与其对TGF-β1表达的调节有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Shenbai scald on the treatment of deep partial thickness scald in rabbits and the effect of TGF-β1 expression on wounds. METHODS: A deep II degree scald model was prepared in rabbits. On the model, Shenbai Scald ointment was administered for 24 days to determine the relevant indicators and analyzed by immunohistochemical methods after scald 1, 3, 6, 12, 18, The expression level of TGF-β1 in wound tissue of 24 days was changed, and the model control group and the positive control group of burn lingzhi were set up. RESULTS: The healing percentage of burn area in Shenbai scald paste low dose group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01). The pathological section showed that the repair effect of low dose of Shenbai scald cream on skin injury was significantly better than that of model control group; The cream can effectively promote the expression of TGF-β1 in the early stage of the wound and thus promote wound healing. Conclusion: Shenbai scald cream has a significant therapeutic effect on deep II degree burns, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of TGF-β1 expression.
