自从Whitfild提出空气层流原理以后,层流系统首先用于工业生产过程中防止尘埃粒子的污染,以后推广应用于微生物学、医学和药学研究。七十年代前后,层流柜和层流架开始作为SPF动物和无菌动物生产及研究的工具,随之出现了大型层流系统,用于生产高质量的实验动物。层流架内饲养动物,不但能防止架外微生物的污染,在适当的笼间距下,还可免除架内笼间的交叉污染,在某些研究中可弥补隔离器的不足。1983年国内首次试制成功了生物洁净层流架。为了评价国产层流架的实用价值,以便进一步改进和推广,于1984年5~12月进行了使用研究。材料和方法 1.SSJ-CJ-Ⅰ型超净生物层流架为佘山净化设备厂产品。安置于基本封闭的小房间内。室内自然光照,人工控制温度25℃左右,机械通风。采用半透明
