当前,全球化正在崎岖和泥泞道路上艰难前行。这深刻反映出一直以来由发达经济体引领的全球化进程已积累了很多有待解决的问题。尽管发达经济体在全球问题的治理中仍处于主导地位,但新兴经济体与发达经济体之间的力量对比仍朝着有利于新兴经济体的方向迈进。以中国为代表的新兴经济体已在成为全球化新的动力之源,正致力于推动世界各国和各地区一起驶入互利、双赢和共同繁荣的轨道。
At present, globalization is struggling hard on the rough and muddy roads. This profoundly reflects the fact that the globalization process led by the developed economies has accumulated a great many outstanding issues. Despite the dominance of advanced economies in the governance of global problems, the balance of power between emerging and advanced economies is still moving in the direction of emerging economies. The emerging economies represented by China have become the new source of power for globalization and are dedicated to pushing the countries of the world and other regions together to embark on the path of mutual benefit, win-win and common prosperity.
