目的评价丹红注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 98例脑梗死随机分为治疗组50例及对照组48例。对照组奥扎格雷钠注射液80mg,1次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹红注射液20ml加入氯化钠溶液250ml静脉滴注。测定两组实验室指标及神经功能缺损评分。结果在临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分以及降低纤维蛋白原方面比较,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论丹红注射液联合奥扎格雷钠是治疗急性脑梗死的较好方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Danhong injection combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 98 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group 50 cases and control group 48 cases. The control group Ozagrel sodium injection 80mg, 1 / d; the treatment group in the control group based on the use of Danhong injection 20ml sodium chloride solution 250ml intravenous infusion. Two groups of laboratory indicators and neurological deficit scores were measured. Results In the clinical efficacy, neurological deficit score and lower fibrinogen, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Danhong injection combined with ozagrel sodium is a better treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
