本文报道了人血清酪氨酸蛋白激酶微量快速测定方法,并对该酶的性质进行了初步研究。发现Mn~(2+)刺激活性高于Mg~(2+),并且Mn~(2+)的最大激活浓度为5mmol/L左右。我们利用这一方法,测定了白血病患者及正常人的血清酪氨酸蛋白激酶活性,发现患者血清中该酶活性约是正常血清中的2.3倍。
In this paper, a rapid and rapid method for the determination of human serum tyrosine protein kinase has been reported. The properties of the enzyme have been studied. It was found that the stimulating activity of Mn 2+ was higher than that of Mg 2+, and the maximum activation concentration of Mn 2+ was about 5 mmol / L. Using this method, we measured the serum tyrosine protein kinase activity in leukemia patients and normal subjects and found that the activity of this enzyme in serum of patients was about 2.3 times that of normal serum.
